SHIPPING / TRACKING
All domestic (within the USA) orders are shipped USPS Priority mail or USPS First Class and generally take between 2-5 business days to be delivered, upon shipment.
International orders ship via USPS Express International and generally take between 2-9 business days, depending on your country and location. NOTE: All International packages may be processed through Customs and can experience additional delays and/or Import Duties may be assessed. This is your responsibility, we have no control over this.
Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email at the time of shipment and can be followed at www.usps.com for both Domestic and International shipments.
Domestic orders are a flat rate fee of $10.
International orders are a flat rate fee of $20.
If you are unfamiliar with the U.S. currency, you can go to www.usps.com and type in “currency calculator” to determine the amount in your own currency.
ORDER STATUS
AWAITING FULFILLMENT = Your order has been receive, it will be processed soon.AWAITING SHIPMENT = Your order is currently being processed for shipment, tracking information will follow shortly
UNDER REVIEW = Your order is being held for FINAL approval by us.
PENDING = We've contact you regarding your order and it will NOT be processed until we receive a response. (Check your email and/or voicemail please)
SHIPPED = Your order has been processed for shipment and a unique tracking # has been sent to your email.
