CANCELLATIONS:

If your order has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please open a ticket. If it has already shipped, you will be subject to our refund policy.

Return Instructions:

Mail your products to the address that is listed on the side of the bottle. Please include your name AND order confirmation # on or in the package. *Failure to do so, will cause delays in your refund.* 

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the return. You are notified via the email address you provided on your order, of your refund.

 

REFUND POLICY is as follows:

ALL products in your order MUST be returned. Even the free bottles. 

Unopened orders/products, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Opened orders/products, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
