DOSAGE / EXPECTED RESULTS

There are 90 capsules in each bottle, except for PGH, with a recommended dosage of 1-3 capsules, three times daily, (morning, noon, night).

We suggest taking the lowest recommended dosage as it will produce results and is the most cost efficient.

With the PGH there are 60 capsules in a bottle and the recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily.

Stacks including PGH should be taken as described above.

Results will vary depending on how your body reacts with our products.

It is very important to use in conjunction with a well balanced diet and intense bodybuilding exercise program.

If taken as directed you should begin to experience results within the first 1-2 weeks of your cycle.

With the PGH, results can be expected within the first 6-8 weeks.
