CUSTOMS AND SEIZURES
Products being shipped outside the United States will be subject to customs processing and may be subject to duties and delays. Please contact your local Customs Agency or Postal Facility if your package has been held in Customs for over a week. You may need to make arrangements for delivery, or they may be trying to contact you. We are in the USA, we will not know who your specific post office/customs office is.
Customs requirements vary from one country to another and are subject to change without notification.
International shipments ship via USPS Express International and generally take between 2-9 business days, depending on country and location.
If your order has been seized, please provide us with a copy of the notice by simply attaching a copy of it to an email for us. We will give you the option of a one-time free reshipment or a refund according to our refund policy.
